At Epiphany Designs we create prototypes for our clients to show a true representation of an original type, form, and functionality. A prototype needs to be able to speak volumes for you. Drawings and 3-D renderings are a very important part of the design process but prototypes will take your ideas to another level. ABS Plastics
Epiphany Designs can produce ABS plastic prototypes in the form of rapid prototyping. Rapid prototyping produces high quality parts in a fraction of the time it would take to produce a mold in order to make the same part. These ABS prototypes are very durable and can be produced in seven different colors. In addition to their durability, these parts can be drilled, sanded, and even chrome plated. By our ability to check fit, form, and functionality, we are able to find mistakes early and save our clients money.

Metals
Choosing the right material for your prototype is very important. In some cases, it may not matter if metal or plastic is used. In addition to ABS, Epiphany Designs can also produce your prototype in a variety of metals. Whether your project needs to be made out of aluminum, brass, stainless steel or a many other steels, Epiphany Designs will advise you on the appropriate metal.
